The Miami cannibal attack occurred on May 26, 2012, when Rudy Eugene assaulted a homeless man called Ronald Poppo on the MacArthur Causeway in Miami, Florida. During the 18-minute filmed encounter, Eugene (who was himself stripped nude) accused Poppo of stealing his Bible, beat him unconscious, removed Poppo’s pants, and chewed off 75% of Poppo’s face above the beard, including his left eye, leaving him blind in both. Originally CDC claimed “bath salts” were the due cause of this attack however when later autopsy results were released, Eugene hand no trace within his system beside marijuana.

Closely followed another attack hit the news in Canada, where 29 year old Luka Rocco ex-porn star killed his former lover Jun Lin by stabbing him to death with an ice pick, he than processed to devour his flesh and perform sexual acts upon Lins body parts.

No information has been declared that this video is either truly from CDC or not however Dr. Rebecca carley is a true former employee and remains firmly against the idea of vaccinations and government experiments. Allegations have been made into the origin of the supposed “LQP-79” virus In the video Rebecca speaks of government agencies such as NATO creating a weaponized rabies virus in order to induce violent behaviour. Some scientists believe that this experiment may be the course of the virus, government agencies denied these allegations. Another alert was then issued for Brazilian citizens after a man in Santos tested positive for the virus on July 2nd 2012. The virus was detected after the man (identity withheld) checked into a local hospital for complaints of headaches, extreme thirst and fatigue. To identify the cause of the symptoms, blood work was immediately conducted and processed.
Reports state that the night before checking into the hospital, the man was involved in a scuffle near Praia Grade with two random people. During the fight, the man stated that besides being punched and kicked repeatedly, he was scratched and bitten. An hour after the interview, the man became lethargic, confused about his location, and severely fatigued.
Behavioural symptoms reportedly progressed rapidly into aggravation, hostility and irrational anger. Officials stated that the man broke through restraints and when staff and government security were unable to confine him to the containment area, he was immediately shot by security personnel. The man was pronounced dead at 10:49pm local. Sometime during the confusion shortly after the shooting, the man reportedly got back up and attempted to attack a doctor when he was shot again.

In my opinion this virus has been released as a method to decrease our population and there is still much to be unravelled but you must know that this is not UFOs or Zombies it is simply our government once more taking our lives in their hands.
